Youll be responsible for 4 major roles with Absolute Plumbing Qld: 1. Quality control of all jobs, including inspections, organisation of tradesmen sub-contractors and associated paperwork. 2. Overseeing internal operations including stock levels, van cleanliness and safety checks for our team of tradesmen. 3. Meeting with customers, providing and presenting quotations. This includes communicating with our customers regularly on the progress of jobs, to ensure our customers are delighted. 4. Providing our customers with a same day service by attending to plumbing and gas fitting emergencies, on a daily basis. Youll need to have exceptional customer service skills and be able to provide quality workmanship without compromise.
