Intepros, a well known and respected staffing firm with headquarters located in Boston, is currently in search of a Project Coordinator to work for one of our very prestigious clients. This position is a long-term W-2 contract located in the vicinity of Purchase, NY in lower Westchester.

This role will be responsible for supporting multiple technology projects. This resource will report to the Director, Project Office within the PMO and will be responsible for driving action and executing rollouts efficiently and in a timely manner.
The individual must be a well-organized, detail-oriented individual with the ability to handle multiple activities/responsibilities simultaneously.
* Responsible for working with IT management to develop the roll out roadmap, identify and manage risks and issues, manage resource requirements, monitor and control program execution, take necessary corrective actions, and report roll out performance to IT and business management.
* The rollout roadmap should identify roll out initiatives and the specific business value they will deliver, dependencies between the roll out initiatives, delivery timelines, resource plan for the roll out, budget, risks, and roll out execution plan. The roadmap should ensure optimal use of resources to deliver maximum business value.
* Communicate and partner with the roll out team assigned to the project, providing leadership to the roll out team to deliver to program objectives.
* Be accountable for roll out results and provide management reporting on roll out performance.
* 4 Year College Degree required;
* 2+ years project management in software development full lifecycle and implementation area required. Specific experience in business area a plus.
* Project Management Professional Certification a plus.
* Demonstrated experience of formally planning, leading, executing, and successfully delivering programs.
* Demonstrated experience in communicating and negotiating with cross teams for optimal results.
* Demonstrated ability of communicating the essential elements of large scale programs in concise business terms.
* Leadership skills, ability to set direction and drive team to objectives.
* Ability to work independently, with strong organizational and flexibility skills in a team- oriented environment.
* Excellent general management skills in managing plans, people
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to interface with associates at all levels of the organization.
