Leading Corporate bank seeks to attract PMO Lead with a finance background to join an established Project Support and Change Management team based in the City of London.

Responsibilities:

·Controlling and managing timely and accurate monthly reporting process for all Management Information and Programme Costs (actual, budget, and reforecast)
·Manage a robust process for identifying and tracking risks and opportunities and where appropriate developing options and taking action to mitigate these
·Manage 4+8 and 9+3 Submissions with Programme Manager Managing Business Case submissions with Programme Manager Maintenance and production of various reports for Programme Manager and senior management explaining progress, risks and issues across the programme and work streams
·Provide effective business management, ensuring programme-wide compliance with the Risk Controls framework ensuring early identification of risks issues and establishing action plans where gaps exist / are identified

Skills :
·Excellent financial management, will be responsible for managing complex perm and project costs on approx 7 cost centres
·Excellent planning - must be able to build, manage, align and interrogate work stream and programme MSP plans
·Excellent mentoring skills to offer 'PMO as centre of excellence' service and guidance to IT systems/project focused teams
·Must be senior and experienced enough to work as adviser/financial controller/governance 2 I/C to Programme Manager
·You must possess first class interpersonal skills, able to work effectively at all levels.
