PMO required on a permanent basis for a Tier 1 leading financial services group based in the City of London. The role requires a PMO to provide global structure and guidance for all Rate technology projects with vast exposure to the Front Office.
Salary - £95-110,000
Role Accountabilities:
*Review reporting requirements and implement the necessary reporting required for the relevant stakeholders
*Manage risks and issues and track dependencies
*Work closely with the project managers to projects meet policies and standards and assist them where necessary in planning and delivery management
*Co-ordinate programme meetings, produce minutes and report on status across the work streams
*Provide data to enable headcount tracking and resource management where required
It is essential that you have:
*PMO experience, ideally within an IT role in an Investment Bank or Financial Services organisation
*Experience within the IT Project Life Cycle
*Knowledge of Financials - Budget coordination, forecast reviews, headcount forecasting and tracking
*Excellent numerical, written and verbal communicastion.
*Experience with stakeholder management and Front Office exposure.
It is desirable that you have:
*Experience within Fixed Income IT and Rates.
*Sharepoint / JIRA /PRINCE 2 /6 SIGMA
