PMO

An experienced PMO Analyst with a Financial Services background is required to work within a busy Change team within the Retail Division providing support for a portfolio of projects and producing effective reporting and guidance for the programme. 

Duties:
Manage, maintain and support the PMs with consistent effective use of processes and tools within portfolios, programmes or large projects of change. Update the processes with consideration of stakeholders to support continued improvement
Risk Issue Change Control Management
Support the PMO manager to drive embed best practice processes effectively throughout the portfolio, programme or large project supporting quality, consistency and control
Provide detailed complex analysis to enable informed decisions to be made by stakeholders, escalating information as required.
Governance and Quality Assurance
Guide direct PMs within the agreed Governance framework, completing regular checks for all mandated and agreed documentation. Lead the completion of regular assurance reviews.
Own the aggregation and analysis detailed complex plans. Manage and maintain agreed planning standards across the portfolio, programme or large project. Provide Support, Coaching and Guidance to PMs PMOs where required.
MI management
Provide metrics and consolidated reporting with own initiative on portfolio , programme and project MI
Own the facilities management for portfolio, large programme meetings, workshops and conferences
Collate and Quality assure base data and provide consolidated aggregate reports that can be used to present at a high level with some analysis to support the data
Highlighting key information to relevant audiences to enable informed decisions to be made by stakeholders
Drive Support business case and RAF process and other finance duties as agreed on assignment ensuring compliance to relevance commercial standards and internal governance.
Develop maintain robust relationships with internal customers: ensure appropriate escalation mechanisms are in place to support prompt issue resolution
Provide input into the on-going development of the Change Management community, Project Management Toolkit
Coach and mentor Project Managers on the skills and capabilities required by high performing change professionals
Manage and provide objective feedback on Change community Colleagues during each ‘assignment’
Use the Project Management Toolkit to plan and deliver change projects

Experience required:
Previously worked within a Retail Banking or Cards environment
Supported a portfolio of projects across a change programme
Experience of Collections and Recoveries would be beneficial
Excellent senior stakeholder engagement skills
Use of Project Management Toolkit
