PMO Analyst – Operations Control Documentation recruitment
UBS is a leading global financial services firm. Our Investment Bank is one of the world’s top global investment banking and securities firms, providing a full spectrum of products to institutional and corporate clients, intermediaries, government and hedge funds worldwide.
Experienced PMO Analyst required to join our Operations Control Documentation (OCD) team. The successful candidate will focus on the following responsibilities:
- Day to day management of project to re-write the OCD
- Work with key stakeholders across Operations to drive the project forward in light of tight timelines
- Coordinate workshops, set agendas, deadlines etc – execute the strategy set by Project Directors
- Moderate returned content (many different contributions to one standardised document)
- Support development of templates and other required ‘re-write’ guidance
- Support development of RTB OCD review process
- Prepare progress summary reports
- Other tasks related to this project as required
Requirements:
- Previous track record from a PMO environment with Investment Banking or similar Financial Institution.
- Strong academics and professional qualifications ideally in Project Management, Banking, Finance or Risk.
- Demonstrable project management experience within IB Change projects (risk, restructuring, other change – no IT requirement).
- Substantial experience within Investment Banking Operations and an understanding of Operational risk management and control.
- Able to communicate and work effectively with senior stakeholders at MD and Board level key decision makers.
- Strong organisational and time management skills are a must, as the role is deadline focused and an emphasis on delivering consistent results through innovative approaches.
- Excellent communication skills pre-requisite, both verbal and written.
