PMO Analyst – Client Onboarding (London) recruitment
Roles/Responsibilities
- Scheduling and attending project meetings to collect and review status/issues/risks, and documenting meeting minutes and actions items.
- Assist in preparing for governance forums and producing corresponding materials for the forums.
- Resource tracking.
- Managing the RAIDs log to ensure risks/issues are documented and working with PMO lead to ensure that items are actioned as appropriate.
- Effectively communicating with workstreams leads on project progress and any relevant items from governance forums.
- Ensuring quality within the program by managing the program methodologies, standards and procedures are implemented accordingly.
- Establishing credibility with all levels of the programme team.
Skills/Experience
Essential
- Experience working cross-culturally and in matrix organizational structure on multiple project types and business areas.
- Financial services experience.
- Strong Project Management skills.
- Experience of gathering customer/user inputs, simplifying complex topics for non-technical audiences and preparing quick pointed summaries for executives and stakeholders.
- Significant experience as a PM/PMO with experience of working with senior stakeholders from all areas of the Bank (Front Office, Infrastructure, and IT).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Computer Science or Engineering
- Understanding of PPM tool - Clarity and Open Workbench.
- Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands.
Preferable
- An advanced degree such as an MBA.
- Understanding of KYC process, US Patriot Act, Bank Secrecy Act and other AML regulatory framework.
