Job Responsibilities:
Role Description: The Project Management Office (PMO) Analyst is instrumental in daily operations and ongoing improvement of the IS PMO, as well as sharing best practices across the enterprise. The PMO analyst is actively involved in all aspects of the IS PMO, and IS Project Management.

Role Detail:
• PMO Tools – Manages initiatives within the PMO to continuously maintain and improve the PMO toolkit of process, and templates; Supports, creates, and maintains Project Management tools and applications through advanced Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office skills
• Project Manager / Project Support – Leads a small component of a project, supports creation of project deliverables, supports the execution of cross functional meetings needing facilitation or documentation
• PM Budget PO Creation – Prepares budget forecasts for PO creation; creates and updates POs, maintains annual tracking of PMO contractor spend
• PMO Project Status Reporting – Performs the PMO metrics tracking, and reporting processes, prepares weekly agenda, status templates, and meeting materials
• PMO Project Site (SharePoint) Support – Maintains PMO site structure, ensuring ease of use, creates, maintains, and archives project site structures
• Service Now Organizational Support – Proactively creates access and termination requests for the PMO and project teams, leads PMO onboarding of new associates, provides general support to IS for project management inquires
• Legal ( SOW / CRF) Support – Administers project contracts including SOW and CRF creation; reviews and monitors contract end dates, initiates extensions as appropriate and needed
• IS Resource Planning – Maintains templates for resource planning, leads the quarterly resource planning process, provides analytical review for resource collisions / risks
• Understands the ProjectSmart Framework and project management processes and applies knowledge in daily work
• Provides daily support to PMO Director and 15+ project managers

Qualifications:
Education / Certifications: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or Finance; Prefer Project Management Institute (PMI) project management certifications, or demonstrated course work

Computer Skills: MS Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project, MS Project Server, MS SharePoint

Work Experience:
• 1-3 years supporting an IS or Enterprise PMO preferred
• 3 years overall work experience preferred; IS Project Management, Process Improvement, or Finance
