PMO Analyst (Poole) Jobs, UK

What will the role involve?
You will be accountable for ensuring that the Sub Portfolio runs smoothly and that all required governance is in place and followed. You will act as the interface between the PMO function and the Sub Portfolio/Portfolio Director:
- Provide governance process knowledge expertise and ensure that Sub Portfolio adheres to Change FrameworkReview, challenge and escalate Portfolio risks and issues Oversee and challenge Sub Portfolio plans and manage against baseline, understand and communicate impacts of slippage
- Coordinate and facilitate regular and ad hoc planning and reporting requirements
- Support Portfolio in delivering goals and strategic objectives
- Support collation of and challenge Sub Portfolio resource data
- Support collation of and challenge Sub Portfolio finance data
- Maintain Sub Portfolio roadmap
What will you need?
You will have extensive experience in Experience of working in a PMO environment with experience in project reporting and analysis. A positive and 'can do' approach with the ability to see beyond the status quo and challenge information. Ability to deliver to challenging deadlines and a very strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work under pressure.
