PMO Analyst recruitment

Group Finance includes central finance areas, specialist teams and divisional finance teams which supporting our front-line businesses.  Our specialist teams are; Group Chief Accountant's, Group Corporate Finance, Group Finance Business and Executive Support, Group Financial Planning and Analysis, Group Internal Audit, Global Services Finance, Group Strategy, Group Tax, Group Treasury, and Investor Relations.      

RBS employs over 6,500 people in Finance across the globe. This is comprised of central finance areas, specialised teams and divisional finance teams supporting the front-line businesses in over 30 international locations.  Finance is responsible for working with the business delivering financial leadership, control, commercial insight and advice.            

As PMO Analyst, you'll support Project Managers in planning, organisation, control and delivery of complex multi-stream projects across the FTP and other initiatives. You'll be responsible for updating and supporting the maintenance of all the project plans through Microsoft Project. You'll also produce and deliver scheduled summaries, detailed project governance status reports and complete risk and issues logs. Additionally, you'll build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with the various programme teams, to help achieve deliverables.  

To be successful as PMO Analyst, you'll have experience of working as a Project Analyst. You'll be educated to a degree level and preferably be qualified or working towards a Prince qualification. You'll have excellent organisational skills, the ability to be persistent with stakeholders and strong communication and presentation skills. Additionally, you'll have worked in a PMO position in a fast paced and pressured environment, preferably within the financial sector.
