One of Rullion's premier clients urgently requires a PMO Benefits Lead specialising in Finance and Benefits to deliver key customer projects on time and to budget. This is a golden opportunity to join a market leader and put all of your PMO skills to the test across multiple client-facing environments.

The ideal candidate would be either someone who has worked in PMO or a similar support role and has also been involved in a benefits process as part of that job, or someone who has worked on the finance side and has also done project work as well.
Essentials
• Understanding of Project benefits management and processes across the full project lifecycle.
• Benefits and Financial Experience
• Strong numerical skills including and understanding of project budgets and financial reporting such as Capex / Opex.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills.
• Interrogation and analysis of core system data e.g. SAP
• Experience of working to a structured project methodology APM or PRINCE2.
• Good communications skills - ability to present benefits financial information to senior managers.
Desirable
• Experience of working in a Programme Office environment
• Experience of identifying and quantifying project benefits.
• Understanding of Visio and MS Project.
