Program Execution Group manages large scale, non-IT specific, business change initiatives within Brokerage Firm; typically providing Program Governance, Project Management, and PMO Support working across the organizational to meet the business goals.
The portfolio of programs changes year-on-year and is reflective of business growth and control objectives.

Main Function
Profile Description: Brokerage Firm has undertaken a change program with US focus, but global impact across Front Office and Infrastructure areas. We need an individual to provide executive level support in program communications including but not limited to updates to Brokerage Firm Executive Governance Committees and memos to external bodies. These communications will include detailing firm-wide strategy, clearly articulating challenges/risks.

Main Duties
Produce on regular basis multiple executive presentations and steering committee documents in support of program team.

Person Requirements
5-7 years background in Investment Banking field

· Presentation House, Program Management office or Management Consulting background or Business Management
Possess knowledge of finance industry

· Strong command of Microsoft Project
· Ability to convey ideas clearly, accurately, thoroughly for consumption by Executive Management
· Ability to coordinate and consolidate multiple inputs from different functions in the organization, and craft into a single "voice" ; ability to manage multiple document versions concurrently
· Excellent organizational skills
Excellent Communications skills (written and spoken); Advanced editing, proofreading, and composition skills

· Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast paced and demanding work environment, facing of to Executive Management of the firm
· Operate well in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision required
Ability to think strategically around enterprise objectives (nice to have)
