PMO Consultant
You will work with a team of analysts to deliver multiple services across a number of complex workstreams, building stakeholder relationships and engaging with the senior management team and project management community on a regular basis.
Role Requirements
- Ongoing quality assurance of workstream risk and issue logs including production of consolidated programme logs and facilitation of regular workshops as required
- Ongoing quality assurance of workstream project plans including production of consolidated project milestone reports
- Identification and quality assurance of cross workstream dependencies including resolution of misalignments as appropriate
- Ensuring a controlled approach to programme change including validation of new changes and co-ordination of impact assessments and approvals
- Ownership and control of the programme SharePoint sites including document management, permissions control and site design
- Minute taking at key governance forums at all levels within the Programme
- Managing actions from key governance forums and ensuring appropriate updates are provided in a timely fashion
- Quality Assurance of workstream status reports, plans and logs
- Production of meeting packs in line with the standard reporting calendar
- Definition and ongoing maintenance of project control standards
- Adhoc analysis of programme and workstream artefacts identifying exceptions and opportunities for improvement
- Provision of expertise, advice and support on all project management processes
£400 a day for a minimum of 6 months
