PMO Director- Migration Planning/ Onshoring recruitment

Responsibilities

• To act as the initial point of contact for Location Strategy/onshoring queries across APAC and interacting very closely with the APAC delivery team. 

• Provide constant and accurate information from all the different Programme workstreams that impact Location Strategy planning and execution within APAC

• To work with relevant stakeholders to scope risks / issues before working to discuss appropriate mitigating / resolving actions required next steps, ensuring these are fed to the central PMO team where appropriate

• Be on top of Functional plans across the region - keeping track of any movements in terms of roles and headcount.  

• To work across various relevant Location Strategy Programme stakeholders to manage demand pipeline to ensure that migrations are sequenced appropriately.

• To ensure that infrastructure areas are meeting the Programme standards with regards to tools and templates

Requirements:

• High quality degree from a good university or equivalent practical experience.

• Proven track record in Location Strategy, managing migrations (migration planning), setting up of outsourcing entities

• Exposure to Financial instituition their business

• Project Management / PMO working across different functional teams

• Delivery focussed i.e. closing out issues; actions as they arise

• Interdependency management across complex programme

• Excellent Excel / PowerPoint skills and Microsoft Project skills

• Understanding of risk management processes, reports and tools

• Understanding of change management mechanism and its implementation

• Understanding project governance structure/ management policies and how to escalate issues effectively
