Key Accountabilities Include:
Impact on Business
- Drive adoption of common Global Standards reporting standards
- Ensure the necessary people are educated on reporting process and timelines, drive training where required
- Ensure alignment with other required Global Standards reporting (e.g. country, regional, programme and workstream)
- Work with the Delivery Assurance PMOs to provide appropriate review and challenge on the global reporting ‘inputs’ received from Programmes and Workstreams (bi-weekly process as well as additional review as required)
- Identify items reported as requiring Change Control and escalate, manage and track these items through the Change Control process
- Ensure transparency of programme reporting to the programme management, stakeholders and executives, and challenge back to Programme, Workstream and LoB Leads/PMOs to ensure accuracy
- Develop the reporting ‘outputs’ that feed into executive meeting materials, including escalation of key RAIDs and items for approval
- Support development of executive meeting agendas (i.e. GSEC and GSSM)
- Drive completion/consolidation of executive meeting materials
- Maintain the executive reporting process documentation, and update the process and templates as needed to accommodate changing needs of the GS programme
Relevant experience:
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate with senior stakeholders
- Experienced in PMO and managing a large global reporting process
- Experience with reviewing and challenging reporting received by Programme/Workstream Managers
- Strong attention to detail in order to produce high quality outputs
- Strong PowerPoint skills required
- Strong expertise using Clarity and OpenWorkbench tools is ideal
- Ability to bring analytical rigour and structure and effective solutions to poorly-defined problems
- Strong track record of working in business change programmes in a global, regional and local structure
