PMO Lead | Edinburgh | to £45,000 plus excellent package
Change Recruitment Groups' client, a leading Banking organisation, requires a Process and PMO leader with a strong background in Financial Service. This role will suit someone with strong Financial Reporting credentials and the ability to manage all levels of stakeholder.
Relevant experience will include the following:
- Proficient use of project methodologies including project management and control tasks e.g. risks and issues management, stakeholder management, deliverables planning and tracking, project governance
- Familiarity with process control techniques and communications, workshop facilitation and business analysis
- Experience of Financial Reporting and Control, preferably within Financial Services company
- Process and control experience and the ability to provide specialist knowledge and support within Group Reporting.
- Experience of influencing at Senior Management Levels
- Experience of working in an environment with a strong control focus
- Advanced Process Control / Programme Office experience
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and succinctly articulate issues to management.
- Experience of all aspects of process and reporting control.
- Experience of a wide range of analysis, analytical tools and problem resolution techniques
- A strong, organised and methodical approach to gathering information is essential
- Experience of managing teams
