JOB DESCRIPTION:
·        Must have over 5 years in the role of Project Manager; managing multi-year, multimillion dollar IT projects
·        PMP Certification required
·        Experience must include managing projects on time and on budget in a matrix environment
·        Must have expertise in the Oil Gas Exploration and Production (EP) industry: specifically in the Finance, IT, and operations areas of EP
·        Must have knowledge of Project Initiation, Scope Definition and Project Plan development; defining project tasks, dependencies, milestones and critical paths for the projects
·        Must have in depth experience with Project Budgeting, tracking costs and updating budget documents
·        Must have at least 5 years of experience with managing IT projects related to technology solutions development/implementation for the Business Operations departments.
Must have experience in simultaneously managing multiple projects with stakeholders from numerous internal business departments
·        Experience in establishing/managing schedules, costs and resources using MS Project required
·        Minimum 5 years of Microsoft Project Server experience; preferably 2010 - especially the following:


- Experience setting up master and subprojects; utilizing in-depth functionality with MS Project Server environment
- Ability to pull reports as needed
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required for interactions with project stakeholders, vendors and senior leadership of the company
