PMO Project Manager recruitment
Responsibilities:
- Partnering with European Finance key stakeholders and clients to identify gaps in the people and process improvement agenda
- Research and analyse numerical data and develop powerful PowerPoint presentations
- Ongoing management of the existing initiatives agenda and events while supporting the execution of bespoke projects
- Span of control, creation of dashboards/metrics and other deliverables
- Prepare and implement cost management reviews
- Collaborate with counterparts in other regions and locations to ensure consistency
Skills and Experience
- Proven full project management experience (cradle to grave)
- Previous experience within investment banking essential
- Able to work across a number of different groups and levels to influence and generate new ideas while also ensuring stakeholder buy in
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Able to work to pressurising deadlines while also prioritising various tasks
