PMO – QA,Process – IT-Banking recruitment
Provide a PMO set up for Equities IT APAC with the execution, support and monitoring of adherence to enhance SDLC standards for projects in response to regulatory commitment.
- We need consultants in Singapore to work closely with our various project teams to ensure that teams are adhering to agreed standards, collecting artefacts, etc .
- Create and maintain scorecard on the overall conformance level in Equities IT - to track on a regular basis on how we are doing against our targets .
- Develop new policies and train end users (project managers) on them .
- The consultants are required to help roll out training focusing on the standards.
- Perform Quality Assurance review of projects, approximately 50-60 projects (approx 10 large projects) and a mixture of minor works and BAU projects with 4-5 Project Managers in each location - Singapore, Tokyo and Hong Hong.
- There are no language requirements for either of the offices.
- System/Applications - Sophis/Horizon and in-house applications .
- Consultants are not required to have any systems experience as the standards we are looking to implement are not system specific.
- Operating Processes and Procedures must be well documented and clearly defined for handover structure.
- Project Management/Issue/Risk Management - Maintain project plans that are closely co-ordinated with overall program plans/milestones and other impacted business areas.
- Work closely with key Equities IT stakeholders to identify and resolve risks and issues threatening/impacting progress.
