PMO recruitment
This is a great opportunity to join JP Morgan's Treasury and Security Services team as a PMO. To be successful in securing this role you will have:
- Have a good end-to-end understanding of the in-flight projects across the Programme including their status, issues and risks
- Work closely with the Project Managers to ensure project deliverables are correctly estimated, scheduled and funded
- Collate reporting across the Project Managers and prepare/delivery Programme Reporting to Senior Management in a timely and accurate manner
- Preparation and delivery of Programme Financials and MIS
- Act as the central point of contact for all change to be raised through.
- Drive the prioritization process with WSS Coverage Offices/Relationship Managers and GDS Product
- Identify and drive Client Change process and reporting improvements
- Support the Project Managers as required
- Ensure accurate project time booking across the programme.

Experience:
- Relevant previous experience within in a PMO role
- Financial Services background
- Good understanding of the Project delivery lifecycle. (Previous Project Management experience would be preferred)
- ETD and/or OTC Derivative experience would be advantageous
- JIRA system experience or similar change management system.
