PMO Support Officer Professional Services

Due to significant project pipeline my client is actively looking for a number of experienced PMO, programme / projects managers / support officers in Belfast.

You will be responsible for the running the governance process of a large government programme. As a programme support officer you will report to the PMO Manager and will be expected to perform a range of duties to drive the process, compliance and provide support across the programme.

Main Tasks:

Manages the programme control processes including: Scope / Change Management, Risk Management, Actions and Questions Logs, etc

Manages document repository and master copies of all core programme documentation

Supports project managers in the development of project plans.

Supports the PMO Manager to maintain status reporting

Supports project managers with the creation of project workbooks and RAID logs

Provides cross programme administrative support where necessary

Facilitates the running of governance meetings including the Programme Change Board and Design Authority sub-groups.

Specific Experience Required for Role:

Project Planning Progress Reporting using MS Project EXCEL.

Experience developing project status reporting packs. Good Knowledge of MS PowerPoint

Management of Risk issues processes logs.

Management of Change Control Processes.
