PMO System Administrator

We are currently recruiting for the position of PMO System Administrator to support our work with the Department of State in Washington, DC. This position is contingent upon win of pending contract award. Work Experience/Skills Requirements: 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a government contracting environment Candidate should have formal training or two years of work experience in information technology, as well as a strong working knowledge of database information collection, design and reporting. Experience managing the configuration and access, security, custom views, performance monitoring, and guide users in best practices Experience maintaining up to date SQL Reporting Services to integrate with other COTS solutions Experience working with Microsoft Project Server 2007 and 2010 Deltek Cobra experience desired Experience with SQL Reporting Services Oracle Program Portfolio Management experience Must have a working knowledge and experience with Adobe Acrobat, MS Word, MS Project and info Router (or other workflow management systems). Applicant should be a self-starter and quick-study, with a good eye for detail, and willing to do what it takes to get the job done. Candidate should possess demonstrated initiative and strong work ethic where quality is a top priority. Candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to train and support end users and to work closely with secior level clients. Candidate should be able to think through activities performed to asses overall impacts to the overall business process and make recommendations for process improvements. Must perform at a high level; working independently and as part of a group. Duties performed will include, but not be limited to the following: Responsible for creating and maintaining the internal process documentation, addressing troubleshooting procedures and developing how-to manuals for managers and resources, system architecture diagrams, and application security configuration guides. Troubleshooting front-end and back-end errors, including components installed on local machines, Windows Server 2003/2008 and SQL Server 2005/2008 Provide technical support and answer questions related to any supported products on administrative settings, custom reporting, product capabilities, and problem resolution. Provide support to systems and database users. Perform user administration functions ndash; add/change/delete users. Create and administer ldquo;projectsrdquo; under each organization; create and administer custom fields and perform the uploading, administration, documentation, tracking, and reporting functions to manage the customerrsquo;s workflow processes and deliverables. Upload and track documents and workflows on SharePoint 2010, infoRouter and other systems and databases. Support planning, design, testing, and implementation of version upgrades of the infoRouter and SharePoint repository software. Research, recommend, and implement new information technologies and systems as needed. Education and/or Certification Requirements: Bachelorrsquo;s Degree or eight additional years of experience Clearance Requirements : Must be a citizen and be able to hold a security clearance. You do not need a current/active clearance to apply, but must be able to pass a government security background investigation.
