PMO/PM – Front Office Change function – Global, city-based Investment Bank – 650
The excitement: the job holder will be reporting into and working with a renowned individual who is very engaging and whose stakeholders include the Front Office and COO’s.
This Front Office Change Team require a stand-alone PMO/PM who can conduct Analysis and find gaps (20%) in a specific businesses functions and then role/build this framework and governance and apply this to other business lines.
This role would suit a former Management Consultant, we’re looking for someone who is very pragmatic and someone who has good product (Fixed Income, FX, Commodities) gained from working with leading Investment Banks.
To be successful, applicants will demonstrate:
Good, structured PMO/PM experience gained from leading Investment Banks
Previous experience of working for a Front Change Team/Function/Internal consultancy
Strong stakeholder management experience.
