Policy Risk Analyst recruitment

The core purpose of this role will be to implement policies, promote these policies internally and to ensure compliance against the regulators.

Accountabilities:

-Ensure regulatory requirements are met in line with Operational Risk

-Provide expert advice on policy improvements

-Ensure changes to policies, procedures and guidelines are reflected in internal training

-Identifying gaps in policy requirements and providing changes to meet requirements

-Drafting new policies as required

-Liaising with stakeholders and other business units to ensure appropriate policy changes are met

Requirements:

-Expert in policy requirements within a financial/banking institution

-Expert knowledge of regulations and FSA requirements affecting Operational Risk.

-Strong stakeholder management/ the ability to develop relationships with other divisions
