Polysomnography Sleep Technologists Job in Atlanta, Georgia US

Neurocare, Inc provides sleep diagnostic services in AASM accredited laboratories and managed hospital programs.


We are seeking experienced PER DIEM polysomnography technologists to perform overnight sleep studies at our Emory University Hospital laboratory. During each 12-hour overnight shift the technologist is responsible for obtaining 16 channels of artifact-free polysomnographic data on two patients. The technologist must be able to recognize when sleep apnea is present; and titrate CPAP when appropriate.


Requirements:

·        RPSGT strongly preferred

·        Must be knowledgeable about safety and emergency procedures

·        Current CPR certification

·        Excellent interpersonal skills

·        Excellent computer skills
