One of Victorias shire councils is seeking an experienced aquatics program and pools manager.
Located in central Victoria, you will oversee and manage a number of the council pools, the aquatic programs and staff.
Your previous experience in managing the operations of a Council’s swimming pool facilities, along with a strong understanding of the relevant Australian Standards, Occupational Health and Safety requirements, life saving requirements, risk strategies and public risk requirements is essential.
You will have previous experience in managing staff including Pool Operators and Lifeguards, with a strong ability to plan, develop, coordinate and evaluate a range of recreational facilities, programs, services and special events surrounding all pools under your management.
