Maintaining the integrity of the credit portfolio data to enable the Bank of New York Mellon to make accurate, critical credit decisions. Portfolio monitoring activities would include exposure levels, internal and external ratings, and internal process management (e.g. pipeline, approval packages, and credit committee/watch list). Create new and manage existing daily, weekly and monthly reporting related customer portfolios that are segregated by geographic area or specialized type of industry. Assist in managing the credit risk relationship management application (Gemline) including design, testing, and troubleshooting. Review daily reports from the various Bank systems for mismatch items, inconsistencies, processing errors, suspicious activities. Incumbent must have experience using Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel. Some VBA or SQL coding experience helpful.

Qualifications

5-7 years administrative experience servicing the bank credit products. 7 years of banking experience preferred. Bachelor' degree preferred or equivalent work experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills, proven quantitative analytical, problem solving, systems/PC (including Word, Excel, Access), and time management skills. Ability to create marketing presentations and knowledge of BNY Mellon s products. Basic proficiency with Bloomberg and the Internet.
