Portfolio Administrator recruitment
DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set up and maintain counseled client accounts on the portfolio accounting system, which includes running a variety of reports, monitoring and reconciling activity.
- Assist with running quarterly client performance appraisals, transactions letters, etc.
- Create presentation booklets and/or folders for client, consultant and branch office presentations.
- Prepare, and distribute for review and approval, various weekly, monthly and quarterly, compliance and exception reports.
- Establishes and maintains various files, both physical and electronic, in support of daily operations.
- Assists with the development of written procedures.
- Serves as main contact with respect to the phone system, fax machine, copy machine and postage meter.
- Responsible for the ordering and maintenance of office and kitchen supplies.
- Complete special projects upon request.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors Degree or a minimum of 3 years experience in the performance of advanced administrative functions. Financial services industry experience preferred but not required. Experience with Fiserv APL a plus, but will train.
- Extreme attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Ability to effectively establish priorities and multi-task.
- Ability to work independently and with initiative to complete work assignments and meet deadlines.
- Desire to function as a member of a team and interact harmoniously with other associates.
- Position located in the firm’s Milwaukee, Wisconsin office.
