Portfolio Advisor recruitment
An effective candidate will possess the skills and licensing to perform the following functions within our team:
- Preparation and review of client account performance reports
- Market research as part of both ongoing portfolio monitoring and rebalance and new business proposal preparation
- Client query response
- Individual client financial plan development (including full financial planning, lead advisor planning support, or paraplanning)
- General support of portfolio and investment strategies
- Face private wealth and business clients with well prepared talking points
- Review and maintenance of account transactions and activity
- Train on a variety of software used by the firm in small groups, via internet, or through self-study
- Use Client Relationship Management software to track task execution and coordinate with team members
- Assume a variety of informal roles to keep team operating effectively
