Descripción de la oferta: The business unit is servicing acquisitions of opportunistic investments in Europe. To date, the Portfolio Management team sets up business processes, as well as manages and reports on portfolio transactions consisting of Performing and Non-Performing loans backed by residential real estate assets.
- Extensive financial modelling and quantitative analysis of complex deal structures
- Carry out scenario analyses of the current portfolio to provide best return for our clients and their partners
- Track deal performance of transactions with continuous benchmarking
- Preparation of internal and external reporting for our Client's investors as well as lenders
- Preparation and development of detailed business plans for all portfolios
- Maintenance and updating of Hudson's proprietary database
- Strong team player and the ability to work independently as well as multi-task in an open environment
- Mobility and willingness to travel
Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer): Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, MBA and/or CFA preferred
- Relevant professional experience (i.e. quantitative analysis, banking, credit, direct investment, portfolio/asset management)
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Database programs; knowledge of computer languages (i.e. VBA) a plus
- Fluency in Spanish and English; German language a plus
