The Performance Analysis Group is responsible for calculating and producing fund performance, risk and related reports to support fund managers on making investment decisions. Due to an increase in workload, we are looking for dynamic and dedicated individual to join the Performance Analysis Group. The successful candidate will assist the existing team of 7 specialists.
- Produce high quality portfolio and performance reports, support the team on generating and analysing recurring reports and other ad-hoc reporting requests
- Check, investigate and reconcile of fund performance related data
- Maintain internal performance database and any relevant systems
- Assist with responding to performance / portfolio risk related questions that arise from time to time
- Continually identify improvements to existing reporting processes
- Participate in ad-hoc projects
Skills
- A university graduate in finance, accounting, business systems or related discipline
- Around 3 years of relevant experiences, ideally with investment management background
- Advanced technical skills in MS Excel is a must, knowledge with SQL, VBA and related programming skills are strongly preferred
- Self motivated, team oriented and client focused
- Meticulous who is detail oriented and is able to work under pressure and to very tight deadlines
- Strong quantitative, analytical and organizational skills
- Strong fluency English and Chinese (Cantonese and ideally Mandarin), written and verbal
