We're seeking a confident and influential Senior Manager with substantial experience in lending/credit risk probably gained from working with medium/large bank or building society covering residential lending and the development and application of credit risk modelling.

Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Manager of Portfolio Analytics for their residential mortgage portfolio. You'll be leading a team of professional and experienced analysts and will be responsible for developing, maintaining and ensuring the quality of the portfolio to ensure residential credit risks are identified, monitored and controlled. You will be responsible for residential lending levels and that arrears and losses remain acceptable to the business.

You will design, deliver and validate effective and robust statistical models, policy rules and system infrastructure to allow execution of credit lending decisions.

Of course, you will also hold detailed knowledge and understanding of FSA regulations and the current requirements relating to lending and credit risk and a sound knowledge of Basel II and CRD4 proposals and their implications.
