Portfolio Director, UK Growth Private Equity recruitment
Your role will look at the legacy portfolio which will be realised in the next 2-3 years. This aligns itself with the current fundraising successfully taking place and change in strategy. This will involve working with a number of investment companies and their management, to implement ‘the right’ strategy, asses where the value can be created and subsequently implementing this into the business. It will be important to form direct relationships with the management teams, from CEO to 3rd/4th line management. Your role will also involve helping implement a new vision in portfolio reporting to ensure a more efficient and clear line of communication to the LP and retail investors, working closely alongside the Group Head of Portfolio Management.
Ideally you will have 5 - 10 years experience in UK Private Equity portfolio management or non-exec roles with similar businesses. You will also demonstrate a strong track record of realising the value of the portfolio companies and forming strong management relationships. Furthermore, you will display strong academics and excellent interpersonal skills.
