Portfolio Director - Fulfillment
Description As the Portfolio Director for the Global Fulfillment and Logistics Infrastructure organization you will be a team member of the Geo operations and partner closely with the LBS organization. The successful candidate will provide leadership to the organization in the specific areas of integration and delivery of the global portfolio of projects in the Infrastructure, WMS and OFS capabilities. Through the network operating model you will be the Architect of the Program portfolio management. You will provide structure, create alignment, anticipate and manage challenges creatively and in a timely manner. Your approach will balance Geographic relevance with Global consistency and coherence. You will drive adherence to corporate portfolio governance. In this position you lead a multi-year strategic program to deliver the required capacity roadmap around the world. You will co-build with the relevant partners (Geo's, GDS, OFS, ?) a project-program infrastructure that manages a series of coordinated projects and work tracks to deliver against the committed business cases. This role is also responsible for creating and maintaining an environment with clear accountabilities, deliverables with a help-chain overcoming all issues and obstacles to deliver success. This role will be accountable for ensuring that the right teams, behaviors and program operating processes are in place to make the delivery of the capability as efficient as possible. You will be expected to leverage internal and external best practices for program management and to contribute towards the continued evolution of those processes through a partnership with the Nike Project and Program center of Excellence.
