Portfolio Implementation and Design Manager – London – £50-70k recruitment

You will be required to lead a small team of 2 who need support, direction and guidance to ensure they are developing their career and the team is running efficiently.
You will work with the Product development team who when the portfolio is ready to be implemented will give you details.  It is then your role to full understand the complexities of the portfolio and ensure that the new product is launched when expected by co-ordinating all groups (compliance, on-boarding, fund accounting etc) and stakeholders making sure they are working together collaboratively.
 

Essential Experience:

-Background in Asset Management

-Team lead experience

-Experience managing new product launches

-Client on-boarding experience

-Managing process change and delivering key projects

Role requirements

-Directly manage a small team focused on product launches across the complexity spectrum

-Gain a thorough understanding of the end-to-end process cycle required to support product launches.

-Maintain the pipeline for fund launches, improving its value to stakeholders

-Identify process enhancements

-Focus on building relationships with key stakeholder groups.
