THE ROLE
The successful candidate will join a small, cohesive and high-performing Global Emerging Market equity team. The candidate must demonstrate a strong fit with the team and an ability to embrace the investment process and learn from and leverage off the experience within the team.
This is an important role with a number of key responsibilities, including:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of potential investment candidates. This will include gaining a detailed understanding of the drivers of trend returns for the business in question and testing valuation with detailed modeling.
- Present company analysis to the team, and clearly articulate and debate the key valuation drivers.
- Participating in peer review of company research by other team members and review of portfolios.
- Support the marketing effort as necessary.
THE CANDIDATE
The candidate must have 7 - 10 years experience as a GEM equity analyst /portfolio manager with a demonstrable level of achievement.

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong and appropriate academic and industry qualifications.
- CFA Charterholder is preferred.
