Portfolio Manager
Analytics Information Management, Insurance
- Collaborate closely with the Global teams to develop proposals, presentations, statement of work (SOW) and proactively recommend strategies to grow Analytics Information Management presence in existing and new accounts
- Work with Account/Sales teams to manage the pre-sales process with clients and provide the thought leadership throughout the sales-cycle from initial qualification to closure of the deal
- Play an advisory role to customers and prospects and provide thought leadership IT/Business transformation recommendations in various technology areas.
- Work with India/Global based practice teams on RFPs/Events/Go-to-Market (GTM) on solutions
- Own account plans and targets for named accounts in the Financial Services vertical for UK Europe region, including forecasting revenue and order book, maintaining and growing pipeline funnel
- Provide technical architecture guidance, for various technology areas in the Analytics Information Management spectrum.
- Work with the identified key alliance partners and software vendors to jointly develop and own GTM plans
- Should be able to execute short term strategic consulting projects, assessments, map solutions to client business processes, and develop value proposition business case.
- Assessing current client AIM programs (carrying out research and data collection; conducting analysis; interviewing client's employees, management team and other stakeholders; running focus groups and facilitating workshops, identifying issues and forming hypotheses)
- Developing the AIM business vision for client companies
- New process visioning and design
- AIM Strategy and planning for new solution implementation - that can maximize the use of information
- Developing new delivery strategy - leveraging the Global Delivery Model
- Managing work in such a way that the results are both of distinctive quality and useful to the client in terms of improving competitive position
- Ideal candidate will have an overall 10 - 12 years of work experience with at least 5 years in Management/Technical Consulting in the area of Analytics Information Management (primary focus on Analytics and Business intelligence). Must have at least 2 full life cycle Business Intelligence Analytics projects.
- Sales and presales Experience: 5+ Years
- Prior implementation experience in the area of Information Management (MDM, data wareshouse, data quality, data appliances) is mandatory
- Experience in the Financial services industry is a must; experience in Banking will be a clear advantage
- Prior experience in a highly collaborative and Matrix'ed environment or any experience with a Global Delivery Model based IT Services company will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in one of more of the following areas will be an added advantage:
o Banking Analytics (customer, risk etc) - ideation through roll out
o Information management - MDM, Big data, data appliances
o Digital Channel strategy - Excellent Communication, Customer Interaction and Presentation Skills are mandatory
Should be comfortable interacting with Sr. IT and Business Leadership levels (COO/CIO Levels) within the Customer space
Master of Science (preferably in Computer and Information Sciences or Business Information Technology) or an Engineering degree in the above areas.
Masters in business administration (MBA) will be a clear advantage
