Senior Change Manager

£65K - £75K plus excellent benefits
A leading Financial Services organisation based in Edinburgh have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Change Manager. In this important role you will lead multiple teams responsible for delivering all change projects across the Core Banking portfolio through all stages of the project life-cycle, from initiation and mobilisation through to implementation and post-implementation review.
Key activities within the role -
* Managing and support your team.
* Leading change activities and partnering IT to agree release schedule dates, understand constraints and identifying opportunities.
* Communicating and engaging with the business and stakeholder community.
* Supporting and driving the resolution of business incidents.
* Driving continuous improvement.
You must have significant experience of delivering change within a formal governance environment. A good understanding of retail banking products including branch banking and contact centre environments. Significant experience of managing a budget and controlling costs, excellent people management skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels and 3rd party vendors.
