This position will be responsible for speaking with clients about their current accounts.
Inbound Call Responsibilities:
· Collect all appropriate information and ask questions to insure complete packaging
· Determine and analyze appropriate financial Data for best suitable program for borrower
· Prescreen borrower prior to submissions for approval
· Manage pipeline of clients and follow-up with each regularly
· Deliver approval to customer
Outbound Call Responsibilities:
· Conduct customer surveys on current accounts
· Determine level of satisfaction of loan servicing
Qualifications/Skills Required:
· Prior sales experience in mortgage industry
· Prior Loan Servicing experience is a plus, but not required.
· Familiarity with mortgage rules, regulations and procedures
· Superior customer service skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Must have the ability to work in fast paced environment
· NMLS required and Florida license preferred.
