IT is responsible for managing the systems and infrastructure for internal corporate users. The mission of IT is to ensure the internal services are available, reliable, scalable, and redundant. From the information provided the portfolio work is prioritized and the committed work for the release period is defined. This candidate will work to maintain the Project Portfolio by managing prioritization. Responsibilities: - Facilitate meetings with business product owners to collect project requirements - Facilitate meetings with delivery teams to scope the requirements to develop cost estimates, resource estimates, schedule estimates for projects - Collect project requirements and estimates into the IT (portfolio). - Identify and coordinate dependencies between projects - Communicate status of the prioritized projects with all project owners, stakeholders, and delivery teams - Facilitate weekly change management meetings to manage changing priorities, new projects, and working with appropriate delivery and business teams, reprioritize the backlog and communicate to all affected business and delivery teams - Ensure summary status of all projects in the backlog is updated and current. - Facilitate and participate in planning activities with IT Infrastructure teams and other internal groups - Ensure the documentation describing the current status of the portfolio is kept current. - Ensure all concerns are captured and addressed appropriately - Communicate status of the portfolio on a weekly basis to all interested parties and stakeholders. - Maintain, revise, publish, and manage to the planning cycle calendar - Promote continuous improvement and help teams to increase productivity and to foster innovation If interested, please send your resume or profile to me directly and I will be happy to answer any further questions.
