Portfolio Manager – Listed Real Estate recruitment
The client is based in the Amsterdam area
The ideal candidate has:
* Proven relevant experience in indirect Real Estate investments
* University-degree or academic background in Business Economics or comparable study
* Vast experience in listed Real Estate investments
* A CFA or VBA certification
* Ability to work independently
* Excellent (oral and written) communication skills in English Dutch
* Excellent analytical, communication, relationship problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
* Contribute to setting the overall Real Estate investments strategy
* Enhance deal flow
* Select and monitor Real Estate investment funds
* Maintain and build a network
* Present investment proposals
* Negotiate and structure investments
* Establish new relationships with potential investment candidates
