Portfolio Manager, Private Equity recruitment
Reporting to: Team Head of Portfolio Management Unit
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of investments across Singapore, Malaysia, China and Indonesia, with a special focus on Indonesia
- Be part of the deal team in providing supports in structuring, negotiation, due diligence and documentation process from the portfolio management capacity
- Responsible for post-investment monitoring and divestment exercise, working closely with the deal team members
- Ensure investment and process comply with internal and external requirements
- Engage and manage investee to ensure continuity in relationship and knowledge management of the deal
- Responsible for the department’s internal and external reporting, legal compliance and corporate secretarial matters
Requirements:
- Good university degree preferably in Law, Accountancy, Banking Finance or Business Administration
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in credit/risk/relationship management role.
- Experience in private equity or in the Indonesia market is an advantage
- Strong numerical, research and analytical skills
- Familiar with banking products and services, experience in legal compliance and reporting matters
- Strong team player
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia (both spoken written)
