Portfolio Manager recruitment

A global risk function within a top tier Investment Bank requires a Portfolio Manager to oversee a range of complex change initiatives across various business areas and provide guidance on strategic programmes covering large projects.

Key Responsibilities -

- Oversight of a large portfolio of high profile regulatory initiatives run across different business areas

- - Interaction with top level executives and stakeholders outside of Risk function

- Analysis of programme changes on business areas

- Development of a quality assurance process for the programmes

- Ensuring internal and external regulatory requirements are met

- Manage a portfolio of programmes of the highest profile within Risk/Regulatory change area.

Experience Required -

- Proven record in inception, development and leading of large teams delivering complex change programmes

- Clear change management experience

- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability of project mobilisation.

- Clear experience in delivering large scale Risk/Reg change programmes in a Portfolio Management role previously.

- Excellent educational background
