Well established City Finance house have an exciting opening for second jobber with good A levels or a degree and strong exposure to Microsoft Office: Word and Excel
It is essential that you have Financial Services experience
Also you must be an excellent communicator who can demonstrate their suitability for the role in an articulate manner

Responsibilities -

Set up and maintain clients’ portfolios to ensure that show a true position of holdings in a tax efficient manner.
Ensure that details of listed stocks and prices are updated on a daily basis.
To ensure that performance data is kept accurate and reflects the movements within a portfolio.
To organise probate valuations on behalf of brokers.
Liaise with service providers to verify/ensure the accuracy of data feeds.
Update portfolios to ensure the accuracy of portfolios, capital gains tax, performance and other related reports.
To promote awareness of Anti-Money Laundering Rules and to ensure compliance within the Department.
