This global Private Equity firm is currently recruiting for an Assistant Vice President to join their Investment Strategy team, supporting the Groups investment decisions. This will include portfolio construction, strategy assessment policy portfolio recommendation. The team also supports the ALM work done for the Management Committee.
Responsibilities will include development of recommendations for Group investment decisions. Recommendation and development of models of asset class and active strategy return dynamics. Development of portfolio models and recommending means of calibrating the models. Help to develop and effectively convey positions i.e. managing the total and active portfolios. Lead and manage project teams when needed.
The successful candidate will have experience of top down portfolio construction and will have been involved in constructing portfolios. You will have an appreciation of the total portfolio and not just single stock. Will have multi asset experience and strong quantitative skills and will ideally come from a wealth fund or insurance company background.
