Portuguese Speaking Analyst – Sydications Group recruitment
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Loan Markets Principal to support the origination, syndication and distribution execution of Non-Investment Grade Syndicated Loans in the Americas, as well as distribution overseas in coordination with other Syndication Groups located in Europe, Asia Pacific and Japan
- Identify new areas of opportunities to market the loan product (maturity runs, repricing opportunities, etc.), respond to client Request for Proposals (“RFP”), attend bank meeting.
- Proactive, in depth, and up-to-the-minute knowledge of market trends, customer developments
- Responsible for preparation of underwriting application/market commentary/research to include weekly, quarterly and annual market review research
- Conduct additional market research such as market capacity analysis, liquidity analysis, de-risking strategies etc
- Preparation of marketing materials, Information Memorandum/Bank Book and organizing bank meeting.
Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in Portuguese
- Strong Academic Credentials with emphasis on analytical abilities and critical reasoning
- Internship in Financial Institution or Large US Corporate is preferred
- BA / BBA Degree in Finance or Economics
- Fundamental understanding of finance/accounting
- Superior Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, and Word skills
- Excellent writing, publishing, and Presentation skills
The company also has an opening in the Structured Project Finance Group. They are seeking an Analyst to assist in executing Project Finance Transactions from start to closing. This person will support the team in finding new business opportunities through marketing activities, as well as conduct credit analysis, financial modeling and due diligence. The ideal candidate will have one year of work experience knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese.
