Excellent Portuguese-Speaking Customer Service Positions available NOW!
We have positions immediately available for fluent Portuguese speakers with previous Customer Service Administration experience to join the Order to Delivery team of a large international company in Surrey, not far from Camberley.
You will be first point of contact with Portuguese customers, managing accounts, resolving queries and managing the order to delivery process.
Some responsibilities will include:
-Developing and Maintaining internal and external customer relationships
-Accurate data entry
-Prioritisation of customer queries
-Identifying and Implementing process improvements
-Attendance at trade visits
Successful candidates must:
-Have a high level of fluent spoken and written Portuguese and English
-Have previous customer service experience.
-Be available to start work asap and live within an easily commutable distance.
Knowledge of SAP would be helpful, but isn't necessary.
This is a long term, ongoing temporary role paying the hourly equivalent of a 23,500 pounds per annum salary. Successful candidates will also gain free access to the on-site gym, and will be entitled to their 'flexi-holiday' scheme.
The company is easily reachable by both car and by public transport- the train taking 45 minutes to an hour from central London and 30 minutes from South London.
