You may be well suited to these positions if you have at least 2-5 years of experience working as a Java Developer. You should have experience working with the full project life-cycle and should be highly analytical with proven experience of your problem-solving abilities.
You will need a strong academic record from a reputable University and must have received a 2:1/1st in Computing/Computer Science/Maths/Engineering/Physics or another relevant subject.
You should be able to demonstrate a real enthusiasm for technology, and if you do not already have experience in finance, a genuine interest for working within the financial and banking industry.
