Mortgage Electronic Registration Services (MERS) Analyst is responsible for coordinating/processing MERS reports and exceptions to ensure MERS and our servicing system has correct data. You will be responsible for research and resolution of complex exceptions using your analytical skills. After research is complete, you ensure internal and external systems are updated with the correct MERS information. You will also have extensive communication with external and internal customers as well as document custodians. You will identify process improvements on your own as well as with the team.
