Post Go-Live Solution Consultant Job in Santiago, Metropolitana Chile

 

As part of the Global Services Business Unit, the candidate will be responsible of the Post Go Live Services (PGL) results in the assigned customers.

More specifically, below the expected primary goals in the different areas of responsibility

 

Customers

·          Work in coordination with CFG relevant representatives to handle customer facing activities from business development to contract closure, by positioning PGL Services team as high level professionals focused on Post Go-Live Services

·          Being able to act in a role of BSS/VAS Senior Solution Architect for requirements gathering, product configuration and performance, timelines costing, end to end engagement definition, documentations, operational manuals and operational activities set up.

·          Establish strong relationships with customers

·          Deliver short term and strategic SME projects

·          Perform set up of the major/long term PGL deals

Sales

·          Identify new leads and define the right value proposition for the assigned customers

·          Generate incremental business in the assigned customers

·          Establish Maintain a Sales strategy, in accordance to relevant contact points in the Customer Facing Group (CFG)

·          Have in charge proposal/contract definition and support CFG during the negotiation

Matrix Organization Management

·          Overall orchestration of the sales activities from business development to contract closure and project set up by productively interacting with the following internal teams

o    Customer Facing Group

o    Global Services Product Management and Marketing

o    Global Services Delivery teams

o    Products Sales teams (BSS/VAS/MIH)

o    Operations

o    LegalFinance

Leadership

·          Build customer trust and recognition as high level professional

·          Build trust from the cross functional/cross cultural virtual team working together to maximize the overall Business in the territory

·          Coach Support junior team members persons to grow them

·          Support deal closure, when required, to ensure/increase customer confidence

·          Stay up to date on Market, Business and Macro-Economy trends

·          Stay permanently updated on competitors
